Hi, I am 26/F years old and I am having backache since six months. Have consulted ortho Dr. and he have told me like I am having vitamin D deficiency and took calcium and Vitamin D3 tablets for about 3 months But still I am not relieved of my pain and it spread to my shoulders and hands. It toils me a lot. Feeling pain early in the morning while getting up from my bed. Please suggest what can done to get rid of my back pain.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. ? Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. ? Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. ? Avoid bending in front.
