You plan should include combination of carbs, protein and saome portion of good fat in order to give you energy. Take milk and carbs like poha, toast, stuffed roti, sandwich, idli in bf, lunch should include proteins n carbs combined like dal n sabzi with chapati dinner- should be light, take mid day meals to control your hunger and to improve your digestion like diet namkeens, bhuna chana, fruits, salads for more detail call for consultation.
