I have horrible pain in legs, whole body. I am not able to sit for long time as my coccyx has inner angulation as per my Mri report, also there is disc bulge. I have to take 2 painkillers daily to reduce my pain. I am not able to understand that how will I continue my job because it is a sitting job for 9 hrs. Please suggest there is any treatment or operation to remove coccyx.

Laser physiotherapy treatment. avoid long sitting. tk soft pillow on hard surface. stretching exercises and strength exercises of spine and legs.
