It is said that non veg is not good to be had unless it's steamed boiled or grilled however if one buys lean meat then can the eat be cooked normally and had and then is much better? Please advice is their any problem in that.

Non-veg and Veg are equally good, it it the proportion of carbohydrate, fat and protein along with micronutrients, i.e. vitamins and minerals that is important.

Hello, Grilling and steaming are healthier options as all the non veg sources hold a good percentage of fat which is called invisible fat.Following weight loss or not,it is good practice to adopt such method of cooking.
