Hello sir meri age 29 mujhe bachpan se he dar lagta Hai ki mujhe koi beemari Hai pagal hone ka dar low self esteem kahin travel Kar nae se dar lagta tha Mae nae 12 saal pehle 1 Psychiatry Doctor ko bataya us nae mujhe kuch Medicine di magar kuch faida nahi Hua phir Mae wahan nahi gaya phr 7 saal pehle Mae aur ek Doctor ko bataya magar us se bhi koi faida nahi Hua phir maine 3 Doctor ko bataya us se mujhe kuch faida Hua 3 mahine kae bad Doctor nae kaha kae apka treatment complete ho gaya magar kuch months bad phir pehle jaisi condition ho gai Mai ne phir usi Doctor ko bataya us hun nae mujhe Medicine di magar koi faida nahi Hua us kae bad until hun nae 4 type kae different tablet change Kar kae di magar koi faida nahi Hua toh Doctor nae kaha kae apke nature Mae hee sochna Hai ap self control Kar kae apne apko sahi rakh sakte ho 15 month back meri shadi hui toh mera problem sahi ho gaya apne aap hee magar last 3 months se mera problem phr se shuru ho gaya. Abh mujhe yeh darr lagta Hai ki 'DOCTOR NAE KAHA KI APKA TREATMENT NAHI HO SAKTA ABH MERA KAISA HO, din bhar mere maan Mae yehi thoughts chalte hain is condition mai please suggest.
