No it will not help as exercise plays only 20 % role and 70 % role is of diet .you need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

40 mins of cycling or Treadmill bill burn about 250 calories which is equal to about a samosa's calories. It means that just by doing little exercise you can't reduce weight. You have to focus on your food/ nutrition/diet and calories. Also green tea is just another drink like tea / coffee. It will not reduce any weight. Take concrete steps to increase your fitness levels and reduce your diet.
