Skin is not moving from my penis. It is any problem for sex life. Can I do sex safely without skin moving to front side of pens. What should I do if skin wants to move from pens. Please suggest.

You must be suffering from tight foreskin problem, under it lots of debris accumulates, as well as it does interfere with sex significantly. So kindly get it removed by circumcision, a very minor surgical procedure. It will heal in about a week and you can have good sex and hygiene. All the best
