I was diagnosed with mild prostatomegaly one month ago with PSA 11 ng. The doctor prescribed me to take roliflo 0.4/2 mg for one month. But fortunately I met with another scientifically curious doctor and after seeing all the reports he said Roku flow has more side effects and nothing to do with prostate inflammation and but improves the symptoms indirectly. So he asked me to try less side effective flavoxate along with 75my of aspirin so that there will be reduction in inflammation (proven in some studies) and PSA also. If I fell comfortable I can go for that. So I was using both and I found its working significantly. please tell me I am doing right I want doctor's valuable opinion which I value a lot. Thanks a lot doctors.
