Hello sir before 1 month in the morning when I woke up I fell uncomfortable in my left testicle its pain when I touch it. Not too much pain urologist give me 14 days of antibiotics in my ultrasound its show orchitis. Only left side orchitis and everything is OK. So now 1 month gone but the condition is same discomfort in walking pls help me what can I do now. I am worried about testicular cancer.in my ultrasound no mass no lump.
