Gas is most often caused by excessive bacteria particularly when there is no direct contact introducing air. Really important to wash hands with soap and wash your bits after using the toilet - mild baby soap is good as it will not dry or irritate the vagina. Even if you shower daily the folds of the skin around the vagina will not be clean unless you are very thorough when showering. Bacteria on the skin can produce pretty nasty smells and when that bacteria is internal can produce excessive gas and asymptomatic infection. It would be prudent to go to your doc and rule out chlamydia. If there is no infection present there are other helpful natural aids.
