Me and my husband is following a healthy diet plan along with exercise. Where he has lost 13.90 kgs in 100 days .i had lost only 5.7 kgs .what could be the reason behind me not loosing. I do not suffer from any medical problem except PCOS.

Hello Dear lybrate-user, Weight loss is depends on A.How much calories your having daily. B.How much calories your utilising daily. If A-B is positive then your intake is more than expenditure so you won't loose weight. If A-B is negetive then it is calorie deficit diet then you loss weight slowly. PCOS is condition in which patients may have insulin resistance and hyperglycemia so they need to take drugs to control insulin resistance. Drugs like metformin is useful for that. Take stomach filling low calorie food. Regular exercise is useful. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
