When I pull my penis skin backwards it is really hard to pull. It gives me arousal sensation. I'm sexually active and my partner says you use to cum early. The skin of my penis is very sensitive. If I masturbate also I cannot control my feelings and due to excitement I cannot hold on to it. Please do suggest me can I go for circumcision? If I undergo circumcision will it be helpful for me to last longer?
