Does peanut butter increase or decrease weight? I am planning to increase my weight by at least 5 to 10 kg in a month or so for bodybuilding. I would also like to know the supplements which would be useful for that provided the cost is also low. Please suggest me good tips for the above weight increase plan for one month.
