My mother is 68 years old and having incontinence urine. She also suffers from UTI specially Ecoli. Which is very chronic in nature and is hospitalized every now and then. The EColi does not settles even after high dose of antibiotic. She uses diaper all the time which is the main cause of equal. Due to chronic UTI she has now developed CKD. Kindly advise any remedy for incontinence urine n UTI.

Madam, in chronic UTI urine culture is the must. Give the most sensitive antibiotic. To strengthen kidneys- Chandraprava vati 500 mg BD poonarnava mandoor 500 mg BD gokshuradi guggul 1 gm BD syp Neery/ Renalka / Uroclear 2tsf TDS.
