My first premolar teeth was removed due to infection at it's root on January 4th of this year by surgeon. Later stitched yo stop blood flow. After removing of stich now it is one month but still I am unable to check anything on that side of mouth. Especially only 2nd premolar tooth is paining horribly. When asked dentist he said it will take 3 months to get bone growth proper in that area. Is it true?

There should not be pain in next tooth aftr removing infected tooth. It takes atleast 3 months or more for bone to grow.

Bone will grow at its own pace. I do not know how much bone is cut. However you may do water pulling (Kulla) by mixing alums in the water regularly for some time twice daily. For bone healing take lakshadi guggul of M/s Dhootpapeshwar lts 2 b.i.d. For one month.
