Hi sir 45 day ago during sex my condom was broken. And after 4 day I started irritating and pain in penis. I went to doctor he give me some medicine but not cure. Then after 10 I did masturbation then it's ok. No pain everything normal. Now again I have pain inside penis.. So it's HIV infection or what.

Usually in your case it can be some STD (sexually transmitted disease) and need not be HIV. This pain which you are feeling now can be urinary infection if associated with burning micturition. You need evaluation and proper consultation.
