As I have social anxiety disorder (symptoms - excessive sweating during interaction, panic attacks, loss of breathe) and want to take medicine occasionally like before group discussion and interviews .plz help me (I don't need any opinion on homeopathic, ayurvedic so its a humble request please don't advise me to go for this treatment) Past history - I have asthma and g6pd deficiency by birth.

However, it usually does not help in performance anxiety which seems to be your case. I believe that you should seek medical help on this website with a second opinion on your medications with an allopathic doctor who specializes in psychiatry. I also believe that you are in need of a psychiatrist who can provide you long term relief which can happen with your condition as there are numerous other medications that exist that treat the condition.
