If a karyotype test show there is no chromosome defect in blood then in male factor infertility sperm is also chromosome defect free? Or sperm chromosome defect only we got to know after embryo development?

Even if in blood karyotype is normal the sperms may have DNA damage which can be detected before conception by doing DNA fragmentation test of sperm at a advanced lab.
