Hello, I am doing daily exercises in gym and I do daily abs exercise. What should I do in order to make abs visible? About 1 month got over by doing all the abs exercise and also I avoid sugary foods and drinks and also I do not eat any outside food. What should I do to make good abs?

You have to do more exercise... It is not that easy to make the abs visible... There are no other options than more exercise... And also one cannot make abs in one day...
