Hi. I want yo reduce at least 5 kgs. I am a vegetarian as well as non vegetarian. And I do follow exercise regime. Pls suggest.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For weight loss, avoid outside food completely (junk food, processed food). Also avoid foods that are oily and sweets too. Eat home cooked meals instead with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 to 45 minutes each time.
