I am 18 year old girl. I am preparing for medical entrance. As the date of exam is coming nearer I have started being anxious, disturbed, behaving rudely to others. I shouldn't do this but still I feel sad, lonely, energy deficient most of the time. My eating habits have changed a lot. Please help me overcoming this.
Nothing to worry about kindly take balance diet and take break from continuous work or study also include sweets to calm your brain exhaustion juices will also be beneficial after meal apart from this you need a mild medication consult back for proper treatment.
