I am a 35 years female have 3 kids the youngest son is 6 years he is a cesarian baby. I am also a thyroid patient in have thyroxine 150 mg daily. My body is ok it's just a lot of fat around my tummy. I have tried many things but my belly fat does not reduce. I work in a call centre and have rotational shifts. Can you please help me reduce my belly fat and my double chin.

To loose belly fat you have to do rigorous exercise like crunches, stretching. Running and you have to follow healthy diet pattern too for weight loss.
