I have constipation since childhood and it become q big problem for me. I'm 32 years old, I have piles, fissures and bleeding. I have done alot of treatments both allopathic and ayurvadic. But no good results. I don't want surgery. Kindly treat my this problem so that I feel happy. I have gastric problem too.
