Hello Sir /mam I am a sports person I've meet with an accident 6 months back and my elbow was fractured, now m ok and I have gained some weight during rest so, I am on keto diet some time, I use artificial sweet in coffee, tea, milk shake from 1 month I am using calorie 1 (company name :- Mankind) and my mother say don't use this it will cause memory loss My question is that using sugar free or calorie 1 really cause memory loss? If Yes then what should I do I want to lose weight then how can I enjoy my drink by not increasing its calories.

Instead of using artificial sweetener use natural products like honey, date syrup, special leaves etc. Keto diet is not sustainable and natural sweeteners and carbs do not cause weight gain.

Any kind of artificial sweetner will harm kidney if not brain. So long term use of such products are not advised. You can take plain milk. Or add jaggery. Jaggery or gud will not be harmful. In synthetic sweet stevia plant powder if avilable can be used.
