I had dysentery since 1 year which is untreated. I think so because of my symptoms. 10 months ago I found in my stool test Cyst E. Histolytica + Pus Cell 6-8/h.p.f Fat Droplets Occasional Mucus ++ Vegetable Cells + Crystals + Micro organism + Now 1 year later I had lost 13 kg, still abdominal cramps, 2 or 3 stools a day but not watery stool with blood except hard or semi solid stools. Loose motion rare. My doctors told me IBS which I had taken medicine in may June July 90 days only. All reports of blood lft urine xray ultrasound hemoglobin ok. You can count my rib cage. What to do next?Please suggest.
