Hi. My age is 32 and my weight is 42 and my height is 5' 11. Last year I found I have diabetes with hba1c 13.9 with ketone 4+ and glucose 4+. I refused to take insulin and followed strict diet and brought my hba1c to 6.8 in 6 months. I was happy everything was in control but now my sugar is going upp. My hba1c is 10. Fasting 180 and post lunch 320. I'm following the same strict diet but still unable to get glucose level in control. Currently taking galvusmet 50/500 morning and night, bgr 34 in afternoon and apple cider vinegar before sleeping. Please help me with your valuable suggestion.
