Im 28 years old, urine seems to be in the tip of my penis. Urine smell comes at times and sometimes after urination smell of semen but not always. Having very weak erection but good morning erection. Is it due to over masturbation? I used to masturbate allot sometimes 2 times a day and was having very unhealthy diet. Now I'm on a good diet but still these problems are there. I went to a urologist he said everything is normal after urine test and prostate is also fine. Please help? - I have stopped masturbation which is showing some changes dripping is almost gone. - drinking lot of water which which has reduced the smell of urine and semen is almost nil. - after masturbation my penis and left testicle hurt for a day. - if there is any ayurvedic medicine please suggest. - I'm having ashwagandha which is helping a lot.
