Last 4_5 days I am seeing some change in my walking/bending movement. I feel some stress in both knees for no reason. I don't remember if my knees hurt. I used to walk miles without any pain in leg, but out of nowhere from last 4 days, I feel some strain in both knees also feel right thigh backs some hamstring also pains. It's not really high pain but it's disturbing. I still can walk a lot but now I can see, yes there some pain in knees. What should I eat/take medicines for it. (Normal cold I have for now. Age 35 weight 77 male)
