Sir/Mam, I am a 22 years student, I have dark circles around eyes. please help me to finish it. please its getting worse day by day. I use phone a lot. I knw its a problem but I am a student so I have to use youtube often. Means min. 8 hrs a day, please help me to remove these circles. Also I would prefer natural products rather than medicines if possible. Odrwise suggest me any thing you want. And also what is the max. Time I can use my phn for? please help.

Not more than 5 years yes stress is main cause Take proper sleep and food Drink 10-15 glass of water daily Drink coconut water Take rich diet cereals dates carrot beetroot milk green vegetables as much as possible Apply cucumber or potato slice on eyes daily Or aloveera mask for 10 mins.
