I am feeling like vibrations in whole body and hand and leg numbness and irritation in eyes. I was suffering from tia last 3 year ago. And I am always feels that fear. Give me advice. Please .is their possibility of that again or anything else.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate As per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor(Neurologist) and do few investigations like [Lipid profile, Fasting Blood sugar, and (homocysteine),Carotid ultrasonography and MRI scan]to know exact cause 2) Discuss with your Doctor about (clopidogrel)regularly Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Don't smoke. Stopping smoking reduces your risk of a TIA or a stroke. 2) Limit cholesterol and fat. Cutting back on cholesterol and fat, especially saturated fat and trans fat, in your diet may reduce buildup of plaques in your arteries. 3) Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. These foods contain nutrients such as potassium, folate and antioxidants, which may protect against a TIA or a stroke. 4) Limit sodium. If you have high blood pressure, avoiding salty foods and not adding salt to food may reduce your blood pressure. 5) Do exercise regularly. If you have high blood pressure, regular exercise is one of the few ways you can lower your blood pressure without drugs. 6) Limit alcohol intake. Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all. 7) Maintain a healthy weight. 8) Don't use illicit drugs. 9) Control diabetes. You can manage diabetes and high blood pressure with diet, exercise, weight control and, when necessary, medication. Hope that helps.
