I am feeling like vibrations in whole body and hand and leg numbness and irritation in eyes. I was suffering from tia last 3 year ago. And I am always feels that fear. Give me advice. Please .is their possibility of that again or anything else.

If you have high blood pressure, avoiding salty foods and not adding salt to food may reduce your blood pressure. 5) Do exercise regularly. If you have high blood pressure, regular exercise is one of the few ways you can lower your blood pressure without drugs. 6) Limit alcohol intake. Drink alcohol in moderation, if at all. 7) Maintain a healthy weight. 8) Don't use illicit drugs. 9) Control diabetes.
