There are many causes for hairloss, it could be hereditary, could be due to change of weather, change of place, using bore/ hard water for head wash, nutritional deficiencies, post-illness, post-delivery, post-chemotherapy, lack of proper, sufficient and sound sleep, stress/ tension, etc. Get your CBC, S. Ferritin, S. Iron, S. Vitamin D3, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin B12 and S. Folic Acid done. If there is family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid profile done as well. Follow the Diet: - Take more protein in your diet (non-veg. , eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, milk & milk products, etc.) - Iron-rich food (non-veg., green leafy vegetables sp. spinach, lentils, beans, soya, etc.) - Daily intake of 5 almonds and 1 walnut. - Daily intake of one spoonful of flaxseeds and sunflower seeds. - Drink plenty of water and fluids (at least 12-15 glasses of water per day). - Daily intake of green-tea ? 2-3times a day. - Soyabean (in the form of fluor or granules, nuggets, etc.). (The above food items also prevents the formation of DHT (Di-hydro-testosterone) which is one of the causes for hairloss.) Use drinking water for head wash (if the there is hard/ bore water supply at your place). Take homoeopathic Rx ? Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and Phosphorus 200/ one dose once a week for a month. Do not repeat it thereafter or else for further guidance, revert back to me.
