I am 23 years old with 5.6 height n 46 kg weight it makes me feel shy in society. please suggest me what to consume so I get increase in my body and weight in short period of 3 months. I got consulted many doctors but not get satisfied.
Increase your intake of healthy carbohydrates like, Wheat bread, fresh fruits, brown rice, multi-grain bread, potatoes, dry fruits and fresh fruits such as banana and mango give you good carbohydrates that will help you to gain-weight .
Add protein in your daily routine that will help you to gain healthy weight like wise dairy products, beans, pulses etc.
Increase the number of meals at least 6-8 meals in your daily routine that will help you gain weight.
Increase the portion size of your meals.
