I am 32 years single. My job relatively sitting and teaching. Not much work. Coming from Germany in Jan 2015. I have from 90 kg to 111. 0 kg. My humerus shaft got broken recently 3 months back I am recovering from surgery. I have started dieting I am now 109 kg in the last 25 days. I am weighing food that eat. How can I increase my weight loss from 109 to 83 Kg. Pls kindly tell me what else I have to do. I am South Indian veg. Eat rice (350gms) one during lunch and roti (115gms) in night. Please kindly help me to figure out how can I improve more.
