I am pure vegetarian and I do not eat green vegetable's much and I eat lunch and dinner at irregular times. So please guide me what to eat and what not to eat for proper protein, vitamins and nutritional diet.

Even if you don't like much, have green vegetables at least once a week. Have a protein rich breakfast. Include various lentils beans, dry fruits and nuts in your diet.
