I am taking protein supplement from past 1 year but now I got a issue of discomfort after taking protein mainly stomach pain, I am also not eating eggs reason of same problem, what could be the reasons of it and possible remedies of it please advice.

Prolonged consumption of protein supplements may cause certain gastric issues like bloating and flatulence, so in that case you should completely avoid protein supplements but you can add plant protein (like yellow moong dal, pink masoor dal) to your diet slowly and if there is no such gastric issue then you can increase the amount of proteins in your diet and if there is severe gastric issue after consumption of plant protein then please consult a doctor in person.
