Hi Team. I currently weigh 52 and have a underweight BMI of 17. I am planning to gain some mass. My daily intake of food is about 3000 calories and I burn about 2000-2200 calories everyday. What would you suggest as a best practice to gain weight and in right proportions I am swaying towards supplements because my diet is not helping me put up any mass from almost a year now.

Hi, lybrate-user. At your age and weight you should consume 2100 calories in a day if you do exersize thrice in day. But you consume 3000 calories and burn 2200 calories so how its helpful to you atleast if you burn 2000 calories in a day so consume 4000 calories in a day. If you take 3000 calories so burn 1000 colories in a day. Take wieght gainer or whey protein it will help you to increase your wieght and calories consumtion.
