If a person he or she does not know that they are infected with hiv nd does not take treatment bcoz they dnt know that they are infected with hiv so in how many years hiv progress into aids nd he or she now have aids even though they does not take treatment so how many years they are alive.

In case the immune system in very strong it will keep the virus suppressed and the life span can extend more, and there will be no any significant opportunistic infections as well. Just reverse is with the person with low immunity. But specific duration and time period can't be suggested.
