I have a problem of irregular period since Jan 2017, After consulted with Dr. In April 2017 I was taken Dub5 medicine for 6 months after my April 2017 ultrasound reports showing of Cystic changes, 9x5 mm fibroid is seen on the posterior wall, Cystic endometrial hyperplasia fibroid uterus. I stopped taking medicine Dub5 after 6 months in Nov 2017. But again in Dec 2017 there was a very light spot of period on Dec 24th for just 1 day & there is no period so far. Then again consulted Dr. & Did my 2nd ultrasound 2 days back in which report was 12x10 mm intramural fibroid seen in posterior wall of uterus, endometrial thickness is 13.8 mm. Impression was uterine endometrial hyperplasia? Uterine fibroid. Please tell me what is this problem, reason for this problem created / cause & how to treat it. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

As of now plan for a withdrawal bleeding by taking primolutN after clinical examination and it seems that there is hormonal imbalance leading to low progesterone levels in the body and which needs to be corrected and I will suggest you to do kapalbharti daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months
