I am gaining weight inspite of regular walking and eating of controlled diet of Roti and rice but I don't eat leafy vegetables as they r not served in hostel is it possible even if I don't eat balanced diet I may gain weight and how to overcome the loss of leafy vegetables in my diet suggest food's to solve my problem.

Take vegetables lot instead of leafy vegetables. Take nuts like soked badam ,pista, walnuts.take fruit juices without sugar. Eat lot of fruits. Eat only when you r hungry. Have good sleep at least for 6 hours. Stop rice. Along with walking do yoga or stretch exercises.
