Due to over production of hormones called androgen. Women with PCOS, particularly when its symptoms are not controlled, may also be at greater risk for heart disease, diabetes, endometrial cancer, high blood pressure. You have to control your diet first. Take high fibre foods, low protein foods, anti inflammatory foods, increase intake of water. Take 1 fresh fruit in the morning and in the night. Do some exercise.
