Please suggest While taking boiled egg what is the role of the yellow part present in it. Whether it is also important to eat or we can leave it and just take the white part or both compulsory. Please tell me the importance of yellow if it has.

Egg yolk (yellow) contains many vitamins, minerals & essential fats whereas egg white is rich in protein. If you are not overweight you can have whole egg with yolk.
