I am 23 years old and from last 4 years I am unable to sleep at night. I hardly sleep at 4 am. And after that I sleep all day till 3 PM. Due to this routine I unable to go to collage on time and it also hinders my daily activities. Which ultimately lead to guilt and stress. I have lost my patience and now I am short tempered and mostly angry and unsocial.

Stop seeing phones during night times if your seeing in night. Good sleep habits are very necessary to control stress ,anger. please check your blood pressure once. your weight is high for your age so please do T3, T4,TSH blood test and hb percent. So that we can rule out thyroid.
