I have been running for almost 10 days and it has been gap of 4 days due to travelling but my legs and joints are paining since 7 day of running I am in severe pain and almost unable to walk please help.

Hi lybrate-user, running is a high impact sports. Its a very good exercise also. But its very important to follow few things when you play any form of sports or running. Firstly always start your run after minimum of 5 min warm up. You should end your run with a cool down also stretches are a good option after a run which can be considered as cool down. Secondly strength training of the muscles are equally important to overcome the impact. Thirdly a good shoe and a good form of running is important too. A small tip always put ice on the painful areas after your run. Probably body needs time and proper training to start with the run.
