Hello I am going through very weird situation in which I feel I do not feel anything I just stay unhappy or sad or I get easily hurted, feel bad or guilty. I do not feel happiness within. I feel tired all the time. I am always confused. I was shy by nature since childhood now I am 29 years old female. When I get tensed I feel choked up. And if sleep or cry I get released. Similarly I cry very easily. Anything can hurt me easily. Things are getting worst day by day. How to stop it. Please guide.
