I have acidity problem in stomach which is observed even with little bit of spicy food. What food should I prefer for improving digestive system. Is it good to drink warm lemon water in morning everyday?

Avoid fried, spicy, oily food products. Take boiled vegetables and fresh fruits (papaya, pear, apple, guava). Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Avoid citrus fruits. Lemon water daily intake is not good for you. For improving digestive system you need to take a balanced diet with regular work out.

Lemon water in fine. But better you stop tea, curd and other milk products in your diet. Take avipatttikara churna powder, 1 tsf before meals in half a glass of luke warm water. Make sure you do not eat full stomach and take samll meals at the time when you feel hungry. Continue the regime for 1 month. Good luck.
