Sir my age is 25 male .I have pilonidal sinus for almost 10 years .no pain ,no discharge only small hole but from last 15 days I have noticed a small sentinel pile near anus with a very small sharp pimple adjoining it. I experience burning pain with small discharge which goes away on application of coconut oil. Please suggest me any non-surgical method to cure it.
