Hello Doctor I am a diabetic patient with 9 years history and diabetes is almost in control with strict followed diet chat and medicines. Meanwhile I am doing body building and taking high quality whey protein and BCCA from last 4 months and I am feeling healthy and they are helping in controlling diabetes also. Now I would like to take high quality multivitamins of imported brands with face licence. For more nutrition Is it OK to have them. Pls suggest in detail. Regards Nisheet Sharma.

I personally believe in natural nutrients and advice accordingly to my patients. Vitamin suppliments are good for deficiencies of specific vit like D, B12,C etc.
