Hi,I am suffering from vitamin D deficiency. My vit D is 4 can you please suggest me a what I need to stable my vitamin D yo normal and a proper diet that help not to gain weight because due to this issue I had pain in my joints even in 40 to 45 degree is wear full clothes and while sleeping I use blanket without fan and ac problem in doing gyming running because my body can't afford all that if I do this I need to go to my extreme level and that causes a lot of pain in elbow shoulder knee now a days I can not even through a cricket ball please help me all my test report are good no issue in that only vitamin D is 4 if some one look at me he can not believe I am suffering that much but from inside I feel really weak please help me with those issues.

Vitamin D is Synthesized by skin in sun.. just spend some time in sun in early morning.. And take Homoeopathic treatment...to improve general health..
