Hi, I'm a 30 years old male, non smoker, drink alcohol weekly or less and no drugs Still do sports once a week, My built is lean and weight is still really proportional. Penis size is average in length, but thick. I'm masturbating once every days on some porn. My everyday food is a bit unhealthy though, lots of fried and oily food (no fast food, though), with low fruit and veggie. My staple food is rice, so yes, lots of carbo. Never checked for diabetes, but I'm starting to limit my sugar intake from the drinks and cookies etc. Sleep is so-so, sometimes good, sometimes a little bit less, but average I'm sleeping 7 hours a day. And yes, work is a bit stressful, with some mix of worries, but it's ups and downs and I think it's pretty normal for guy at my age. Questions are 1. I have trouble maintaining my erection when doing intercourse with my girlfriend. My penis got softer. It got hard during foreplay, but after 1 or 2 position during intercourse, it got softer, and of course entering the maiden's den would be a trouble. 2. But I did recall my experience with my ex gf before this, at that time, premature ejaculation would be the problem. But the time span between these 2 girlfriends are not too long, only 2 months or so. 3. Maybe problem no. 1 has some correlation with this. I find that masturbating is more satisfying than having the actual intercourse. I wore condom, but really, I didn't feel anything when I'm having sex with my GF 4. Sometimes at foreplay, I feel the urge of constantly having to pee, and I went to toilet several times. This also happened when I was doing cyber sex or dirty chat with some random girls other than my girlfriend. 5. I find that I rarely had the morning wood. I don't remember exactly the last time I got my morning wood, but I guess it's pretty rare. I really need advice on this, preferably from a doctor or practitioner in its respectable field. I feel kind of REALLY down and worry about this. Am I masturbating too often? Do I have erectile dysfunction? Or do I have infection on my bladder? No Idea. I had searched for everything in google, and found some answers to this problem, but some of them were answered by common person, so not sure if it is a myth or not. I'm looking for a more medical approach here. Thanks for your time, readers and doctors!
