Dear lybrate-user, That person is not only at risk of HIV, but also at risk of several STDs. Without HIV test, one can not say somebody is negative, as person with HIV may remain healthy for several years. Do HBsAg, VDRL and Urine routine tests. He should take HBV vaccine. Tell him to take private consult to understand everything properly.
